Appointment Policy
To optimize our efficiency and reduce client waiting times, we prefer to operate primarily by appointments. Our veterinarians and technicians rotate between scheduled surgical procedures and exams. Emergency cases receive top priority, thus making occasional appointment delays inevitable. Please understand we do our best to see each patient on time.
Drop Off Appointments
Drop off appointments are only available on a case-by-case circumstance. We ask that you leave a reliable contact phone number that we are able to reach throughout the day in case additional treatment is recommended beyond what is discussed at the time of drop-off. When your pet has been seen, we will call to schedule a pick-up time.
Patient Arrival Policy
We ask that you plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Clients who arrive late for a scheduled appointment time may be subject to additional wait time, as we will prioritize the appointments that arrive on-time. If you arrive beyond the window of time scheduled for your appointment, we will consider your arrival as a walk-in and work you into the schedule accordingly.
Payment Policy
Payment is always expected at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash and Care Credit. We will work with your pet insurance, but please be aware that even with pet insurance, all costs are to be paid up front.
